I am self employed and I rent 2 rooms out of my large house. I want to apply for an equity line of credit but need the border income. Do you allow border income?

Thanks for your interest in a line of credit with TD Bank, Tracy!
At this time we do not accept border income for a line of credit application. We recommend discussing your options with our Financial Solutions Group Specialists directly. Our Specialists are available 24/7 and can be reached at 800-937-5020.
In the meantime, you may look at the types of lines of credit we have to offer.. We invite you to visit https://go.td.com/2a82Tsi for more information on the types of Personal Loans we have available. Once a loan application is received, TD Bank will submit an inquiry to the credit bureaus to determine your eligibility based on your overall credit history and any other related factors. We encourage you to take a look here: https://go.td.com/2eFTQox for the Personal Unsecured Consumer Loan Disclosure and here https://go.td.com/2ekyOJ9 for the Personal Secured Loan Disclosure.
If you prefer speaking with a Representative in person, please feel free to stop by a TD Bank Store in your neighborhood during normal lobby hours. For hours and locations near you please visit: https://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. Please be advised that if you're applying for a Secured Personal Loan, you will need to visit your local TD Bank Store to submit your application.
We hope this information is a bit helpful, Tracy.
We look forward to speaking with you!
