I want to be able to transfer between banks to another person at BOA that I do not have my name on that acct

One of our newest features on www.tdbank.com is Person-to-Person Payment. This feature will allow you to send money to your family or friends via text, email or by creating a contact. You’re welcome to check out http://bit.ly/1pADlWD for all of the exciting details.
In order to be eligible for using the Popmoney service, you must have a TD Bank personal Checking account, a unique United States phone number, a United States issued Social Security Number, and a valid unique e-mail address. To initiate a Person-to-Person payment, you’ll need to be logged in to Online Banking from the main website. First, you must enroll in the service. To do so, you would select the tab that says Person-to-Person payments at the top of your Online Banking screen. Then, you will be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you. Next we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete you’ll be ready to send the payment and in the next three business days the funds will be received.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).

If Person to Person Payment is not an option for you or you have a TD Business Checking account, you may wish to visit your local TD Bank Store to initiate a domestic outgoing wire transfer. Once at the Store, you will need to provide the name, address and ABA (routing) number of the receiving bank, the name of the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number.
