Great question, Ruth, and thanks for looking to TD Helps for your answer. We are happy to assist you!
Depending on your account type, each time a Non-TD Bank ATM is utilized, including international ATMs, TD Bank may assess an ATM surcharge of $3.00 per transaction. The fee will post the same day as the ATM withdrawal is made. You also may be assessed an additional fee (surcharge) at the time of your withdrawal. This fee is set by the machine owner and not associated with TD Bank. Please note; fees may subject to change. For more information on the fee schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
