Hey Elizabeth, thanks for coming by TD Helps!
We are happy to inform you, we do have a TD Mobile App. If you are having difficulties searching it, simply click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt to input your mobile number to receive a text message of the link. Our TD Mobile App is available for all iPhone, iPod Touch, Blackberry, and Android phones. Please note, eligible devices must include the following: Android 2.1 and up, BlackBerry 5.0 and up, iPhone 4.1 and up.
We'd also like to share with you the frequently asked questions on our Mobile App that could help, please see here: http://bit.ly/1t2rx4L.
To use the Mobile App, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking via www.tdbank.com.
During the enrollment process you will create a user name and password which you will then use for Mobile Banking. If you have not enrolled already, you can do so by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security Number, your TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your account number and your email address.
If you do not have the pieces of information required to enroll, you can contact our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 and they will be happy to help you enroll in Online Banking. You can also stop by one of our TD Stores to set up your online access. For Store hours and locations, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores for more information.
Once you have successfully enrolled for Online Banking and after you download our Mobile App, the user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking.
We hope this helps, Elizabeth. Let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great night!
