Although we do not have any TD Stores located in Tennessee, we have made it easier than ever now to take TD Bank with you, no matter where you go. Please note that TD Bank has Store locations from Maine to Florida and for our most up to date list of locations, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You can manage your account by calling our automated system or connecting with a Banking Specialist 24/7. To do so, please dial 888-751-9000, by inputting your TD Debit card number or account number, you will be able to listen to your account. If you need to speak with a Specialist, you may select 0 at any time. After account verification, we'd be happy to help answer any questions you may have.
Additionally, you could also send us a secure message if you are unable to connect with us via the telephone. To send a secure message, you must first be logged on to your Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”.
Did you know that with our TD Online Banking and Mobile Banking, you can bank at the comfort of your own home! If you're currently not enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact us at the number provided above.
Once you’ve successfully enrolled, you can use our TD Mobile Banking by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt for more details. You may input your mobile phone number to receive a text message containing the link to our TD Mobile App. Please note that the Mobile Banking app is available for iPhones, Android and Blackberry phones at this time.
Once you have the TD Mobile App, you can also deposit your checks at home! If you are not eligible for Mobile Deposit, no worries, you may utilize our Bank-by-Mail option. You can send a check by mailing it to the following address: TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, ME 04243. Please be sure to clearly write your account number and the words; “For Deposit Only” on the back of your check. We check our P.O. Box daily and transactions will be posted on the day they are received. Please also note that TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Like any other deposits, a few simple guidelines apply:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail.
- Payee of the check and name on account should be the same.
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only).
