I will be traveling to Europe on May 5-19, 2016. Does TD Bank recommend where I can purchase euros in Amsterdam and Paris.

Thanks for your question, Sallyann. We'd be glad to discuss.
Please know that we do not have an affiliate bank in Europe at this time and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
You are able to purchase Euros by visiting any TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at TD Stores and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please note that there may be fees associated with foreign currency conversions and for more information visithttp://bit.ly/1cTejgt. Keep in mind that currency orders may take up to 2-3 business days however we recommend reaching out to your TD Store prior to your trip as they may have Euros on hand.
If you have a checking account with a debit card, you are able to use your debit card anywhere Visa is accepted worldwide including ATMs. You will be able to withdrawal local currency at ATMs that displays either the VISA or PLUS logo.
You may contact us from outside the United States via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The US country code is 1-011.
We hope this helps, Sallyann and have a good day.
