Though there is not minimum deposit or direct deposit requirement, some of our accounts do require a minimum balance to avoid a maintenance fee.

Once you decide on the account type that best suits you, you're able to open the account online, over the phone or at any TD Bank Store during lobby hours.
To open the account online, click on the "Open Account" button beneath the account you choose and fill in the required fields. You can open an account over the phone 24/7 by calling our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000. Once speaking with a Representative, they will be glad to open an account for you.

Please know that regardless of the method you choose to open your account, you will need to have a valid photo I.D. handy to complete the opening process (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).
