Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Indra! We'd be happy to provide the information that you need view your bank statements in a CSV format.
We'd like to start off by stating that your statements can be viewed in a CSV format for the past 60 days of your account history. With that being said, a manual entry must be used to obtain account history prior to the last 60 days and there is no charge for this service as well.
In order to view your statements in PDF, CSV, OFX, QFX and QBO formats, you must be enrolled in online banking. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Once you're enrolled, please sign into your account, select the account that you'd like to view, click on the drop down arrow next to "Show Transactions From" and select All Available History. At the bottom of your transaction history page, you will see "To export account history, please choose a file format" and there is a drop down box that enables you to choose a format to export your transactions.
If you should have any questions, please reach out to our 24/7 Tech Support Specialists at 800-493-7562. If you'd prefer, stop on by one of our many convenient Stores during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.

Hi Katherine, I am trying to get the same question that Indra has answered. I need to get past years statements in .csv format. Manual entry would not help. I am the staff accountant at a medium sized business, and there are hundreds of transactions per month. Please let us know if there is some way to get .csv files for more than the past 60 days, or if/when this feature will become available.

Welcome to the conversation Mark. We'd glad to answer any questions you may have about your Online Statements.
We apologize; however, at this time we do not offer account history in .CSV format older than 60 days. If you need history more than 60 days old, it is required to enter the information from your PDF statement history.
If you have any trouble saving your statements or exporting your transactions, please feel free to contact our 24/7 Tech Support Specialists by dialing 800-493-7562 for assistance.
Thanks again for joining us, Mark. We hope this helps and take care!
