We travel to San Diego, CA frequently. We are interested in setting up an account, getting credit cards, etc. in US dollars for our banking needs in California. Do you have a branch in San Diego?

While you're in San Diego you can still do your banking with TD using our Mobile App, Online Banking, and 24/7 Customer Service Line at 888-751-9000.
As we notice you are writing us from Saskatoon, you may want to take advantage of our Cross Border Banking options. If you are a Canadian resident and have a legal address there, you can visit http://bit.ly/1ishIab to begin an account with TD Bank in the United States. Please click on the Open a U.S. Account button on the right side. On the page which follows, additional information about the products we offer is available. Use the Open Account buttons to select your account and begin the application process.
If you prefer, you can speak with a Representative from our TD Cross Border Banking Support Line 24/7 by calling 1-877-700-2913, who can also assist you in opening the account by phone.
With either method, we request that you provide your name, street address, date of birth, Social Insurance number and valid identification to complete the account opening process. Please keep in mind that your Canadian consumer credit profile will also be used to verify your identity.
If you are a U.S. citizen and are not currently in the area of a TD Store location, you can open an account with us by calling a Customer Service Representative 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000. Once you have opened an account the set up for the TD Bank Mobile App only requires you to first be enrolled for Online Banking via www.tdbank.com. Click here for the “Online Banking Sign Up page”: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, your account number, your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, and your E-mail address. If you do not have your Social Security number feel to click the box stating you do not have a Social Security number.
