We appreciate you joining us today, Vivian.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we do offer VA Home Loans at this time. We invite you to take a look at the following link: http://bit.ly/1u7UkkP where you can learn more about our Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) loans including rates.
To obtain a rate quote, we invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1yr2lWP. Please fill in the necessary fields then select "Get Quotes." You will be provided with more information on what you should expect for the type of Loan you would apply for. As rates are subject to change, you may be interested in signing up for our Rate Watch Service here: http://bit.ly/1woKkDc.
If you decide to apply, you have the option to do it online at: http://bit.ly/1r6AjKe by selecting the "Start a new application" option and following the steps. You may also reach out to us by phone 24/7 at 800-937-5020 to speak with a Financial Solutions Specialist or visit us at a TD Bank Store. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank Store and locations near you where one of our Specialists would be more than happy to answer all your questions and walk you through the process. Additionally, you can also locate the nearest Mortgage Advisor to you by checking out: http://bit.ly/Zwj5NI.
Although right now most of our Checking accounts require either a daily minimum balance or a have a monthly maintenance fee in lieu of this requirement, we encourage you to review the options we have available to see if any of these may suit your needs. We're always in the process of evaluating the products we offer, and these may be features that we're able to offer in the future. In the meantime, we thank you and have passed along your comments! We always look forward to making our banking services even more convenient and comfortable for our Customers.
If you are considering opening one, we encourage you to review our Checking Accounts here: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF. You might also find it convenient to use our Checking Account Selector Tool found at http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU, which can provide the best account for you after you answer a couple quick questions.
Once you've decided on an account which best for you, you'll be happy to know you can open the account over the phone 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Additionally, you can open the account right online by clicking on the "Open Account" box which will be listed at the bottom of each account details. To get started, you'll need your Social Security number and one of the following: Driver's license, State ID, or Passport. To make your first deposit online, you may use the Routing & Account number or debit card (linked to an account) that you have with another financial institution. Or, you may also use a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) but we encourage you to confirm with your credit card issuer beforehand to determine if any fees may apply. You also have the option to stop by your local TD Store to make a deposit after you've opened your account(s).
There are 5 steps that you will need to complete during account opening process online. The first step is the "Account Info;" you will need to input the account type you are looking to open and whether you want a TD Bank Visa/Debit card or not. The second step is your "Personal Info;" This is where you authenticate your identity, so you will need your Social Security number and your Driver's license, state ID, or Passport for this portion. Step three is completing the "Disclosures" portion; where we will request that you view and agree to the account terms. Step four is your "First Deposit;" if you have a current account, whether it is with TD Bank or another institution, this is where you can transfer funds into the new account for the initial deposit. Finally, step five is the "Finish" portion – review your information and submit your application!
If you need any assistance during the process, you could give us a call at the number provided above or visit us during lobby hours at any TD Bank Store to set up your new Checking account.
We also understand changing banks can be challenging. We’ve developed this Easy Switch Checklist to help you navigate the process. Check out http://bit.ly/1nEm90e to see this easy-to-follow guide.
Thanks for stopping by, Vivian and have a very nice day!
