It's nice to have you here on TD Helps this morning, Colleen.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we do not have any affiliate banks located in China. We want you to be aware that TD Bank ATM Cards can be used for balance inquiries and withdrawals at any VISA or PLUS ATM location.
For a listing of possible applicable fees, including Non-TD Bank ATM fees, please look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. This may be in addition to any fee assessed by the owner of the ATM or network, and may include fees for both withdrawals and balance inquiries. If you use any ATM in a foreign country, you may also incur international, currency exchange and usage fees regardless of the type of account you have at TD Bank. You may also refer to http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (page 45) for more information about what type of fees to expect.
We recommend contacting us at least one week before your trip with your travel dates and destinations. You can do so by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-900, and we'll be happy to place your travel notification after account verification. You may also inform us via Secure Message. To send a Secure Message, first log into your online account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, click onto the Customer Service tab and then click on "Send a Message." If you've already left, we encourage you to let us know right away. To connect with us from outside of the United States, please call 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518, available 24/7 for you convenience.
A travel notification helps us recognize unauthorized transactions on your account. Please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues. For more travel tips while overseas, please visit http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu.
