We appreciate you coming by TD Helps Shirley. There are two ways you could call for information on your account(s), information such as transactions, balances, deposits, etc., and we would be happy to provide them to you.
Your first option is calling our automated system, also known as the Interactive Voice Response (IVR), by dialing 1-800-YES-2000 (1-800-937-2000). You will need your account number, which can be found on your statements or also located at the bottom of your checks. Once you verify your account thru the IVR system, you will be able to retrieve account information.
Your second option is to call us at 1-888-751-9000. By calling this number, you could Bank Human and speak with a Live Service Customer Representative 24/7, 365 days out of the year! After proper account verification, we would be happy to help provide any information requested.
