If you are a Customer and need help with your accounts, we have some options for you. You may contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. When calling, you have the option to use our automated system by following the voice prompts or speaking to a life Representative by selecting option 0.
Our Online Banking offers access to similar information. If you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may log in by visiting http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Please keep in mind you will need to have your account number, TD Bank ATM/Visa debit card number, Social Security number and email address to enroll. At this time we do not have any TD Bank Stores in California or Nevada. All of our Stores are currently located along the east coast from Maine to Florida.
If you're a TD Bank Customer and will be traveling to LA and Las Vegas, we'd be happy to provide you with some options for banking while away from our Stores.
When it comes to withdrawing money, a fee may be charged when using a non-TD Bank ATM. This fee is separate from any fee the other bank or ATM company may charge. We want to provide you with options to avoid these fees while you're out on the west coast.
Many retail stores now offer you the option of receiving cash back when you make a purchase. TD Bank does not charge a fee for this service. The amount you take back in cash is simply added to your total purchase.
You may also be able to use your TD Bank Visa Debit Card to do a cash advance with a bank teller at a different financial institution. To do this, visit a bank there in LA or Las Vegas and request to do a Visa Cash Advance with the teller. Your card will be used to withdraw funds and that transaction should post to your account as a Visa purchase, rather than a withdrawal. While TD Bank does not charge a fee for doing this type of transaction, we recommend confirming with the bank that you use if they charge a fee to perform this service.
Finally, we want to make you aware that with some of our accounts, non-TD Bank ATM fees are waived as a benefit of that account type. We may even waive the fees charged by the ATM company! Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
For deposits, you have the options of mobile and ATM deposits. If you need to deposit checks or even cash, you can use any Cirrus or PLUS shared deposit ATM in the United States. There may be a delayed availability on these deposits. Generally the funds are made available 5 business days after the deposit. You can find info about funds availability on pages 41-44 of the Personal Deposit Account Agreement online. Look to page 41 for specific info on ATM deposits. If it’s a check you need to deposit, you can use the mobile deposit feature in our app from your phone or tablet. To do this, first log into the app with your online credentials and then select the camera icon. You'll be asked to photograph the front and back of the check and confirm the dollar amount. Once submitted, you can expect normal deposit availability which could be as soon as the next business day, if deposited prior to 8PM. You'll also find info about mobile deposit availability in the link above.
