Currently, TD Bank's footprint spreads along the east coast of the United States, from Maine to Florida. While we are always looking to expand our footprint, at this time, we are unfortunately not located in any additional states; however, please don't worry! Here at TD Bank, we offer plenty of features and benefits that will allow you to continue to monitor your accounts, even while you're away.
Before your trip, we'd first like to recommend that you connect with us in whichever method you find the most convenient so that we may place a travel notification on your account. By doing so, you can ensure that your debit card will work when you need it most without any disruptions.
To place a travel note, you may first connect with one of our Banking Specialists, who for your convenience are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. Customer Service Representatives are also here to help, during lobby hours, at any number of our Store locations. If you're unable to call or visit a TD Store location, that's okay! You also have the option of sending us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
Should you decide to send us a secure message to have a travel note placed on your account, please be sure to include the dates of your travel, as well as your destinations.
During your travels, should you need to monitor your accounts, we'd like to invite you to download our mobile app for your smartphone. By doing so, you'll have the ability to not only monitor your accounts, but you may also perform transfers, as well as mobile deposits, should you need to credit funds to your account!
