We issue approximately 3-10 refunds to customers per month and would like the option of sending check directly from TD

What a great question, we appreciate your visit today.
If you have a business account with us, we have a couple of options you may be able to take advantage of for sending these payments.
First, since it sounds as though you'd like to issue paper checks for these refunds, we can suggest our Bill Pay feature for you. Assuming you're already using our BusinessDirect online platform, feel free to take a look at a bit more information about this service here: http://bit.ly/1gJbtPW. Generally speaking, this is a service you can use to pay individuals or companies from your account without issuing your own checks.
On that page, you can also take a look at our other suggestion for you for these payments, which would be our ACH service. These are electronic check payments you would be able to make online to your customers directly into a bank account they have. Please note that a $10.00 fee per batch that you send would apply for this service right now, and you can find more information in the Business Fee Schedule for your account that you were provided at account opening, or one can be obtained at your local Store: http://bit.ly/TDStores. A batch may contain multiple payments.

You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification number, account number, your business name, and your email address to complete the application. When you are finished, you will receive an email confirmation within two business days that contains your initial User ID and password.
