do you have email address sepecially for customer enquiry because i have something to ask about my account which is kinda private? and telephone call is not so convenient since i am not in the region where you have service or branch. Thank you

Since you mentioned you would like to discuss your account concerns, we recommend sending us a secured message from your online banking profile.
To send a secure message, please log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once successfully logged in, you will need to look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side, and select 'Send a secure message'. Our response time is typically 24 hours; however we strive to reply sooner. If you're not yet enrolled in Online Banking, don't worry! You may enroll by using the link here https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security Number, ATM or Debit Card Number, account number, and a unique U.S. email address in order to do so.
