Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Eleanor. We'd be glad to help you with Mobile Deposit.
In order to use Mobile Banking, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. To sign up, please visit www.tdbank.com and select "Sign Up" on the right hand side of the page.
If you're already signed up, you are able to learn more about the Mobile App here: http://bit.ly/1QmdNJr. You are also able to send a link to your phone to download the Application.
Once downloaded, you are able to access your account by logging in to the App. Please know that the user name and password are the same that you use for Online Banking.
To submit a Mobile Deposit, please follow the steps below:
1. From the Main Menu of the TD Bank Mobile Banking app, select Mobile Deposit, then Deposit a Check
2. Enter the amount of the check
3. Take a photo of the check using your mobile device
4. Select your account
5. Review and submit your deposit
You may wish to note the date on the front of the check and include the word “Deposited”, for your records. Additionally, you may want to keep this for 14 days to ensure it has cleared your account. You are then welcome to destroy the check.
We invite you to visit http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information about Mobile Deposit.
If you have any trouble, feel free to reach out to our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
We hope this helps, Eleanor and have a good day.
