Thanks for visiting TD Helps, Rebecca! We'll be glad to answer any questions you may have about mobile deposits.
We do offer Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit services. TD Bank Mobile Deposit is available for most iPhone and Android devices and to customers of at least 90 days or longer with an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account.
If you are not currently enrolled for our Online Banking, you must first be enrolled. You can do so by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security Number, your TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your account number and your email address.
If you do not have the pieces of information required to enroll, you can contact our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 and they will be happy to help you enroll in Online Banking.
After you are enrolled for our Online Banking, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking.
Once you have access to your account through the Mobile App, you can then use the Mobile Deposit feature! For more info on this service please check out: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF. Also, this link will provide information and guidelines to TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL.
We hope the information provided helps. Let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great one.
