You came to the right place for details regarding ATM cards, Whitney. We'd be happy to help!
At this time, TD Bank no longer offers instant issue offerings for TD ATM cards at our TD Stores. Please note, this took effect November 17 and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
There are options available on how to request a new ATM card and we'd be glad to go over these options with you.
You may connect with us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, after our Specialists verify your account, we'd be happy to request a new ATM card be sent to you via mail.
If you utilize TD Online Banking, you may also send us a secure message with your request.
To send a secure message you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. To log in, please visit: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you wish to enroll, to start the process please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." You can also find the "Message Center" by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab at the top of the page.

Once your request has been submitted, please allow approximately 7-10 business days to receive your new ATM card. Please note, your new card will arrive in a plain white envelope for security purposes.
