Are there any plans to offer two-factor authentication? It would increase my account security quite a bit and seems like an obvious security enhancement you should release. This is a factor in whether or not to keep my assets at TD Ameritrade long-term.

Hi Highly recommend the two-factor authentication. The time for this type of additional security isn't only helpful, but now extremely critical. I highly recommend TD Bank implements this security feature ASAP.

We'll be happy to clear up any confusion.
As our friend Kristen mentioned, here at TD Bank, the security of our Customers and their accounts is our number one priority, and we're happy to announce that we do offer Two Factor Authorization to our personal Customers!
When logging into your Personal Online Banking for the first time, or from a different device, you should be prompted to have a one-time security code sent to your registered phone number, either by text or phone call. We're so excited to now offer this feature, which started in February of this year!
