Are there any plans to offer two-factor authentication? It would increase my account security quite a bit and seems like an obvious security enhancement you should release. This is a factor in whether or not to keep my assets at TD Ameritrade long-term.

Thanks for joining in, Matt.
Please know that TD Bank and TD Ameritrade, though we share the same TD Shield, are only affiliates. Because of this, we may not offer the same features and benefits.
To confirm if TD Ameritrade uses two factor authentication, please contact them directly at 800-669-3900 or visit their web page here: http://bit.ly/1o5CpfJ.
If in regard to your TD Bank account, we apologize as we do not have any news to share on this feature at this time. We will be sure to pass your feedback along to the right hands for future enhancements.
Have a great day, Matt. Thanks again for stopping by.

Hi Highly recommend the two-factor authentication. The time for this type of additional security isn't only helpful, but now extremely critical. I highly recommend TD Bank implements this security feature ASAP.

Hi Chris! Thanks for joining the conversation.
You're absolutely right. With identity theft becoming more and more prevalent and the means of obtaining that information more advanced, there is greater need for as much security as possible.
Please know that TD Bank makes protecting our Customer's information our top priority. For that reason, we have many security features in place to keep your information safe. We intend to pass along your message to the proper departments for consideration in future improvements. We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us. It's through Customer feedback such as yours that we're able to continue to better our products and services.
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.

Thanks for joining us this morning, Robert.
We'll be happy to clear up any confusion.
As our friend Kristen mentioned, here at TD Bank, the security of our Customers and their accounts is our number one priority, and we're happy to announce that we do offer Two Factor Authorization to our personal Customers!
When logging into your Personal Online Banking for the first time, or from a different device, you should be prompted to have a one-time security code sent to your registered phone number, either by text or phone call. We're so excited to now offer this feature, which started in February of this year!
If you have any additional questions or concerns about this new feature, please don't hesitate to connect with one of our Banking Specialist, and we'll be happy to help! Banking Specialists can be reached by dialing 1-888-751-9000, or you may also visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We sincerely hope you found this information helpful, Robert!
Take care, and enjoy your Thursday.
