We're happy to have you here at TD Helps, Fred.
When ordering checks, the cost is based on the type of account you have with TD Bank, the style of checks you order and if it is your first order or a re-orders.
At TD Bank, we offer a wide variety of checking accounts for our Customers. Each account has its own features and benefits. Some accounts do offer your first set of checks for free while other accounts offer a discounted price on your first order. For more information we invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1oy6i4q. If you were to view the account details it will state if that account has free or discounted checks for the first order.
To find out the exact cost for your check order, you're welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop by your local TD Bank. For Store hours and locations please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have never ordered checks with TD Bank before please call us or visit a TD Bank Store to place your first order. Please note, after your order is placed, checks typically take 7-10 business days to arrive to your address.
If you already use Online Banking and are looking to reorder checks, you can do so right through our website by following the steps below:
• Log in to www.tdbank.com
• Click on the Customer Service tab
• Under Self Service section click on Order Checks
If you are not enrolled in Online Banking and would like to reorder checks or simply just to enroll for Online Banking, you can enroll for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. If you do not have a debit or ATM card, or if you need any assistance enrolling please call 1-800-493-7562 to speak with one of our Digital Specialists available 24/7. You could also stop by any local TD Bank Store and they would be happy to help!
If you happen to be a business Customer, you may reorder checks by logging into BusinessDirect. If you have not enrolled for BusinessDirect Online Banking, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY and please choose Business from the drop down box. Once you've enrolled, please go to the "Customer Service" tab; under "Account Services" please click on "Reorder Checks."
