I'm considering a cross-border account for a US citizen studying at a Canadian university. I notice that you have free wire transfers for cross-border accounts, but how close is your exchange rate to the one published by the government? Is there a place where I can see it daily?
Also, must both accounts maintain a separate minimum balance to avoid fees?
