Thanks for coming by TD Helps today, Katherine! We're more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding checks.
If you have our 60 Plus Checking account, standard TD Bank check orders are free of charge! We can recommend that you ensure you have this type of account, or another account which waives the fee for check orders, by giving us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or by viewing your TD Online Banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you log in, the type of account you have is listed next to your account number on the Accounts page/tab. This link may also be helpful for you once you determine the type of account you have: http://bit.ly/19CmhcO. Use the "View Details" links to see if the type of account you have includes free checks.
When you're ready to place the order, there are a few ways that you can order new checks. You can visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours, or contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at the number listed above. A listing of our Store locations nearest you can be found at http://bit.ly/TDStores. Or, you can place an order through your online banking account and you can use the link above to log into your account.
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. Once you're enrolled for online banking, log in to your TD Bank online account. Go to the “Customer Service” tab and select “Order Checks." Please be sure to select standard TD Bank checks as well as standard shipping if you place the order online to ensure that there will be no cost.
We hope this information is useful to you and please let us know if you have any questions, Katherine. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
