Hello, I have a current available balance of $122.12 and I would like to add $25 to pay for my Meal Plan for school so that I have enough balance in my meal plan. Can I add $25 to my meal plan without being charged with overdrawing my available balance?

Hi Sarah. Thanks for stopping by today!
From what you've described, it doesn’t sound like you'll overdraft your balance. If you're current balance is $122.12, the $25.00 payment to your Meal Plan will leave your balance at $97.12. In order to be charged for an overdraft fee, you balance would need to be left overdrawn more than $-5.00.
It sounds like you may be more concerned with causing a maintenance fee. If your account requires that you maintain a minimum daily balance, and your account closes out today below that required balance, the account may be subject to a maintenance fee at the end of the statement cycle. Please know that you will not be charged each time you go below that balance. If the account closes out at the end of the day below the minimum daily balance one day or all 30 days, your account would only be charged one maintenance fee. You can find Maintenance Fee information in the Personal Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK.
If you're concerned about maintaining your minimum daily balance requirement, we may have a different account that would better suit you. We encourage you to check out all that we're currently offering on our website. We even have a great Account Selector tool that takes into consideration how you intend to use the account to find the right fit for you. We hope this helps, Sarah. Have a great rest of your day!
