I tried to overdraft my card at an atm machine and it keeps saying insufficient funds. I have 3.59 in my account and need to withdraw 300 to register my car. I am receiving a check on Friday to reimburse the account. Thanks

Hey, Stephen! Great question, and thanks for taking the time to stop by TD Helps. We'll be glad to respond.
TD Debit Card Advance is an optional overdraft service we offer with our checking accounts that may help you avoid debit card declines. If your account is enrolled in this service, we may allow you to authorize ATM transactions or one-time debit card purchases even if you don't have enough money available in your account. We ask that you take a look here: http://bit.ly/1voNBCy for more details and also here: http://bit.ly/Yv0ulC for more specific information.
Please note that as this is a discretionary service, a purchase or withdrawal on your account can be declined even if your account is enrolled in this feature. The account does not have to have a zero balance in order for this service to work. You're more than welcome to contact one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who can review your account and this service with you in more detail. Or, if you'll be nearby one of our Stores, feel free to stop in during our extended lobby hours. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
Enjoy the rest of your day, Stephen and don't hesitate to visit again with any other questions!
