Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question, Naftali.
There is a 3% foreign transaction fee that is applied for transactions processed internationally and will be posted in US currency. This includes all of the TD Bank Visa Credit Cards we offer, except for the First Class Visa Signature Card, in which there is no international transaction fee.
We also suggest you give us a call before your trip to place a Travel Notification on your account, to protect your account from fraud. To place travel notification on your Credit Card, you can contact one of our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 at 1-888-561-8861, or you may visit any TD location.
