Thanks for writing into TD Helps, Benjamin! We'll be happy to help!
Although, TD Bank does not have an alliance with any banks outside of our footprint; Maine to Florida, you can still use your TD ATM/Visa Debit Card in Europe anywhere VISA and NYCE are accepted. Please note non-TD ATM fees still may apply. Additionally, the TD Bank Debit Card may also be used to obtain a VISA Cash Advance if a compatible ATM is not available. Many ATMs outside the United States limit withdrawals to checking accounts only, TD Bank Online can be used to transfer money from your savings account to your checking account should more funds be needed. We encourage you to check out our current fee schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt, as it outlines any applicable fees that may come into play when you use your debit card out of the country.
