I'm trying to pay online by e-check and want to make sure that there are no restrictions or blocks that would prevent an ACH debit from going through. Thanks!

Good Morning, Nancy. We're glad you stopped by!
We’d like to advise you that there are generally no blocks in place, to prevent an ACH from being debited from your account.
A common error made, while submitting ACH payments, is the incorrect account type being selected. For example, if you have a checking account, but accidentally select 'savings' when you are scheduling the payment with the company, the payment will be rejected on our end, due to the account type not being correct.
We'd also like to inform you that we do not have access to your account via TD Helps, as this is not considered a secured forum. If you'd like to review your account with a Banking Specialist, you are welcome to do so, 24/7, by dialing 888-751-9000.
If you currently have access to your online banking, you may also send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your mobile banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
Lastly, you may visit us at your local TD Bank Store for assistance with your account. To view our Store locations and hours, please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this information helps, Nancy. Take care!
