Great question, Patrick! We'll be glad to answer any questions you may have about our alerts.
We'd like to begin by stating that we currently do not offer text balance alerts at this time. However, we do have balance alerts offered through online banking.
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Once you're enrolled, sign into your account and click the “Alerts” tab. After clicking the "Alerts" tab, you will then choose "Set up a new Alert." Online Banking will then ask you to specify what type of alert you are creating and once you do, please select "Continue." You will then be asked to select the account you'd like the alert for, the type of alert and the dollar amount of your alert. By selecting "Finish," your alert will be saved.
