Where on your website does it provide information to a non resident client with a mortgage approved by TD that the papers must be signed in Canada? Also. . . are there any possible exceptions to this rule in order to facilitate the signing of said papers from overseas? Especially in a highly time sensitive and 24 hour three aeroplanes travel in order to solve the problem, situation? Unfortunately, we have been informed of this requirement at the 11th hour.

As you mentioned that you were directed to sign documents in Canada, it sounds as though you've recently applied for a loan with TD Canada Trust. To best assist you, we recommend reaching out to our friends on the Canadian TD Helps Team. You are able to do so here: https://go.td.com/1QBOF4U. Once you submit a question to our friends to the Canadian Team, we're sure they'll be glad to help.
You are also able to reach out to a Representative at TD Canada Trust directly for help. To take a look at their contact options please visit here: https://go.td.com/1woOVay.
Please know that if this is in regard to a loan that you applied for with TD Bank in the US, we recommend reaching out to our Financial Solutions Group Specialists 24/7 at 800-937-5020.
We hope to hear from you soon, Cat. Have a good day.
