Although TD Bank does not provide any direct enrollment or support for this service, you are welcome to use your TD Bank Visa Debit or Credit Card with an online merchant who uses the Verified by Visa network if you'd like to.
To enroll, you'll be able to do so during your first visit to a merchant's website that uses this service. During checkout, you'll be prompted to create an account and password during the checkout process directly with Visa.
