Thanks for coming to TD Helps, Roseanne.
We would like to inform you that TD Bank does not offer the sale of saving bonds. However, you are able to redeem them here at TD.
We'd like to take the opportunity to let you know that you may redeem Series I and EE/E U.S. Savings Bonds (when the bonds are 12 months old) at any TD Bank location. To find out TD store locations and hours near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please keep in mind that government regulations require that non-Customers, and Customers with a banking relationship 6 months or less, can redeem up to $1,000.00 at any one time with proper ID. Additionally, Customers redeeming Series EE or I savings bonds are responsible for claiming the interest gained and will be sent a 1099 at the end of the year for tax reporting purposes.
Thanks again for chatting with us on TD Helps and have a good one!
