It appears that it does, but I can't get it to work. It tries to connect to; "TD Bank Online Banking - New" at the URL, www.tdbanknorth.com. It says it can't connect when I provide my personal checking username and password.
In addition, if I'm logged into my checking, there is an option to "export account history", but the option for Quicken is a .QIF file, which is no longer supported by the newer version (2014) of Quicken for checking account, only Credit Card accounts.
