Although we are not located in that location, we are happy to inform you that even while in San Francisco, you can still do all your banking and we'll be happy to go over those options with you.
If you're already banking with us, you're welcome to review your account information using a variety of convenient methods. Our Online Banking is a free option and your account is always available by logging in at: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Or, check your account by phone 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or to speak with a Specialist, select "0." If you're not yet enrolled for online banking and would like to be, please begin here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY and be sure to have your account number, ATM/debit card number, Social Security number and email address nearby.
If you currently have a TD Bank ATM or Debit Card with us, to access your cash you'll be able to make an ATM withdrawal using your card. Our Debit cards can be used at any ATM which accepts the Visa or NYCE networks, and our ATM-only cards can also be used on the NYCE network. You can search for these logos on a local ATM to make a withdrawal. And of course, your Visa debit card can be used for purchases anywhere Visa is accepted. A local bank may also be able to assist you with a Cash Advance from your debit card; and please check out our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. To avoid ATM fees, please note that many major retailers and grocery chains will allow you to get cash at the register without a fee. If you're using a Visa debit card, when making your purchase please look for a cash-back option at the time you're swiping your card to avoid paying ATM fees for cash.
TD Bank does offer several account options which rebate your non-TD ATM fees. For transactions conducted at non-TD ATMs, the institution that owns the terminal (or the network) may assess a fee at the time of your transaction, including for balance inquiries. In certain instances, we will reimburse you for these fees and non-TD ATM fees if you make your withdrawal from any of these account types: TD Premier Checking, TD Relationship Checking, TD Relationship Savings, and Private Banking accounts. To find your account type you can review your account via your Online Banking as mentioned above.
If you need to make a deposit while in San Francisco, and if you have an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account with TD Bank that has been open for 90 days or more, you may use the Mobile Deposit feature. To use Mobile Deposit, you must first be enrolled for TD Bank Online Banking. Once you have enrolled, you can also use your mobile phone to access your account information and make deposits. To download the Mobile App for your Android or iPhone, please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. You can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link, and mobile deposit can be used with most Android and iPhone devices.
Deposits can also be made at any NYCE shared deposit ATM in the U.S using your TD Bank Visa debit card. Look for the NYCE network on a nearby ATM; if you find this available, you may make a deposit there. Please note it may take several business days for your deposit to be credited. Or, feel free to mail in a deposit using these guidelines:

Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only), and please list your account number on the check. Cash should not be sent through the mail.

Please keep in mind, if you'll just be visiting San Francisco and don't live there, we recommend placing a travel notification on your account. This helps us recognize unauthorized transactions on your card, and can prevent your card from becoming blocked. Please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues.
If you haven't already done so, the easiest way to set a travel notification is to send us a Secured Message from your TD Bank Online Banking account, using the login link provided above. You can then send us a message by clicking on the Customer Service tab, then using the Send a Message link. Please include your exact travel dates, destinations and any connecting flight information if applicable.
