Does TD offer accounts for small youth groups that have an EIN for banking only and authority to operate from the National office but are not 501(c)3 that are inexpensive? Tghis would be a locol group of vetted volunteers that have authority from the national office to operate and need a business account in the local units name not a persons name. Looking for free or very low cost as the program is very frugal and runs completly on donations and limited fundraising.
