We appreciate you joining us on TD Helps, Mike, and we look forward to answering your question.
We'd like to inform you that each withdrawal, transfer, and balance inquiry made by a Retail Customer at an ATM not owned by TD is subject to a $3.00 fee, which is charged by TD Bank the same day the transaction is made. The owner of the machine or network may assess a fee at the time of your transaction, including a fee for balance inquiries, in addition to any fees assessed by TD Bank.
We'd also like to take this opportunity to let you know that we also offer some accounts in which non-TD Bank ATM fees would indeed be waived and we may reimburse you for fees charged by the owner of the non-TD Bank ATM at the end of each statement cycle if you maintain a $2,500 minimum balance for the entire statement cycle. Please look here, http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for fee information and the types of accounts needed to avoid a non-TD ATM fee, as well as http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (pg. 40-41) for more information on what type of fees to expect.
If you would like to discuss a specific case with us where you have been charged fees for using a Non-ATM of TD, you can reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You may also visit us at any of your local TD Stores. Please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Thanks for chatting with us, and have a wonderful evening!
