Until mid-2013, my wife and I had accounts with TD. We were informed that TD would no longer support Quicken. So we went elsewhere, to a less-convenient bank. Now it seems the desupport event never actually happened! I still see my remaining (disused) TD account has been getting interest downloads of a penny a month! What's the story?

Thanks for coming by TD Helps with your question, Robert.
TD Bank Online supports a direct connection to versions of Quicken 2011 or newer and QuickBooks for Windows 2011 and newer. This applies to both personal and business accounts. Please check here http://bit.ly/1qZmwc7 for more information.
We think the confusion you had was due to the upgrade of our Bill Pay system back in March 2013. Personal online banking users can still use the third party software to download account transactions and reconcile the registers. However, you are no longer able to schedule bill payments via the third party software.
We hope this information answered your questions you had, Robert. Have a nice weekend!
