I'm running Quicken 2014. My previous bank allowed online direct bill pay from Quicken. I can't seem to be able to set that up for my new TD personal checking account. I know I can do this directly in TD online banking, but all of my payees are already setup in Quicken.

Thank you for reaching us on TD helps, Aron. We'd be glad to discuss.
Online Banking supports access to your account information and bill payments with the use of Quicken. You'll find all the details here: http://bit.ly/VWiinn. This link reviews the benefits of Quicken and how to synchronize the system to your Online Banking account.
Check out: http://bit.ly/1rdJX0S as this provides additional information such as Frequently Asked Questions and a Step-By-Step guide on how to update Quicken on your computer.
Please know that though you are able to manage your account via Quicken, you are unable to schedule bills using Quicken or QuickBooks at this time. If you would like to discuss this directly, feel free to contact our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562.
Thank you for visiting us on TD Helps, Aron and have a good day.

Thanks for joining the conversation, Alberto.
Currently, we support access to your account information using Quicken and Quickbooks Personal Finance Management (PFM) software. Please see our link here: https://go.td.com/1lCtq6l for additional info.
If you'd like to use another type of PFM software, you're welcome to see if you're able to synchronize these platforms. Typically, TD Bank supports a direct connection, which is the type of connection used with Quicken and QuickBooks. Kindly note that if you'd like to use software other than these, in the instance of any issue you'll want to reach out to the company directly for support.
Any questions, Alberto? Our Tech Support Specialists are available 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for your convenience and we'll be glad to help.
