If you have a TD Checking or Money Market account, you should be able to initiate an online payment by using your account number and routing number if your payee's website offers this option. If you have any additional questions for us, please feel free to reach out to our 24/7 Banking Specialists directly at 888-751-9000. If you wish to visit us in person, please stop by and see us at any of your local TD Bank Store. I am trying to pay the tuition for my child. I cannot find the school in Bill Pay option through online banking, but the school offers e-check option without any fee.
Based on your answer above, I could initiate the payment by giving account # and routing # which are exactly what school website requests. My question is does TD bank charge any fee for this type of transaction?

Online Bill Pay is a great way to schedule bills and keep track of your monthly expenses and we are happy to say, as a TD Bank Customer, you will have free Online access which includes, Online Banking, Bill Pay, and Mobile Banking!
Before using this feature, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking. If you have not enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need to have your account number, TD VISA/ATM Card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment process. Once you are logged in, you will need to enroll for Bill Pay. To enroll, please select the "Bill Pay' tab, you will then be asked to accept the Bill Pay user agreement. Once accepted, you can then immediately begin scheduling your bills!
We suggest taking a look here https://go.td.com/1gJbtPW for more detailed information on using Bill Pay and scheduling payments. For more information on TD Bank Bill Pay, we invite you to take a look at the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1UJTxEY.
