Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Jessica! We'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
The monthly maintenance fee is assessed a month from the date when the account was opened. However, depending on the type of account you may have, certain accounts with a required minimum balance to avoid maintenance fees only receive a fee when the account balance goes below that daily minimum balance at any time during the account's statement cycle. This fee appears on your account the day before your statement cycle ends.
If you have any questions regarding this fee, or to ensure what type of account you have, we encourage you to contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000. You may also see your account online, if you have not enrolled yet, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. If you do not have a debit or ATM card, or if you need any assistance enrolling please call 1-800-493-7562 to speak with one of our Digital Specialists available 24/7. Or if you prefer, you can stop by any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a location near you.
We hope this is helpful and have a great day!
