Thanks for giving us the opportunity to answer your question here on TD Helps!
If you would like to initiate a transfer to an international bank, your option at this time would be to send a wire. In order to send an Outgoing International Wire Transfer, please visit any TD Bank Store during lobby hours. For a listing of TD Bank Stores and hours, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Prior to arriving at the Store, you'll need the full name and address, including City, State/Province, Country, and account number of the person/business you are sending money to (and for Euro Zone countries, please obtain the IBAN – International Banking Account Number). Please also provide the full name and address, including City, State/Province of the financial institution in Scotland receiving the funds, as well as the amount and currency type of the transfer.
Please review additional information on sending international wires at: http://bit.ly/1oowsYN. When you are ready to send your international wire transfer, you will need to provide the foreign bank our SWIFT address, which is NRTHUS33XXX, as well as obtain their SWIFT address, which you can obtain by contacting the institution directly.
Keep in mind that wire transfer fees may apply. For our current Fee Schedule please see here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. We would also recommend checking with the other financial institution to ensure no other additional information is required as well as to obtain information regarding any additional fees for their services.
Please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender.
Thanks for the question, Sheila. Let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.
