We are a law firm which represents several clients who wish to have an account opened for their company in the US.
All companies are incorporated in DE and are held by non-residents of the US.
If possible, I would be happy to know whether your bank offer such services.

Thank you for considering TD for your banking needs, Roni. We'd be happy to help provide what you'll need to open a business account.
In order to open a business account, you must visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store and there are a few things you'll need to have with you. If your business account is going to have multiple signers, be sure to bring them with you for the account opening process. Please note that even if not all of the signers can be present for the account opening process the account can still be opened; however, the missing signers will not have access to the account until they have physically stepped into a TD Bank Store. To add additional signers to the account at a different time, every signer present at the time of the account opening must also be present when adding another person to the account. You also have the option to obtain multiple debit cards which you can provide to the other members until they are added as signers; although this will not allow them to view the account or request information, they will still be able to make transactions.
Those who are going to be signers on the account would need to bring the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number. For any non-resident alien opening a business account, you will need two valid forms of ID and a W-8Ben must be completed during the account opening process. Also, be sure to bring the Tax Identification Number for your business. It is recommended to contact us directly to ensure that there are no additional documents needed to complete the account opening process. You may contact a Business Banking Specialist for more information on what documents are needed to open the specific type of business account you're looking for. They can be reached by dialing 1-855-278-8988.
We suggest reviewing the types of business accounts that TD Bank has to offer. If you take a look here, http://bit.ly/1lWgAhe, the link shows the types of business checking accounts that we offer. Our web page can even make a selection based on your needs with the Business Checking Selector tool: http://bit.ly/1lGeYmw. If you have any questions while reviewing these options, a Business Banking Specialist would be happy to assist you over the telephone by dialing the number mentioned above.
Once you've decided on the right account for your business, you can stop in any TD Store for assistance or you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to schedule an appointment. You could also click here: http://bit.ly/SWDqsn to fill in a form to request a call form a Small Business Banking Specialist. Again thank you for your interest in TD, Roni and have a good day.
