I want to be able to transfer money from my checking account to my savings and t the moment it won't give me the option to do. And I remember when I made my checking account they asked me if I wanted it to be connected to my savings account and I said no and I was wondering if that was the issue

Thanks for joining us today on TD Helps, Sam.
We'd like to let you know that it is not required for your accounts to be linked in order for you to utilize transfers between your account via online banking. If your savings account is a new account with us, Sam, please note that these generally become available to view online 1-2 business days after opening.
If you're not yet able to view your account and this time frame has passed, or if the account has been open for some time, don't worry! We can we can fix this issue quickly and easily for you. Please contact one of our Banking Specialists 24/7, so that we can add the account to your online view. We can be reached at 888-751-9000. We should be able to do this as long as you're listed as the account owner or custodian.
If you prefer to stop in, you're welcome at any nearby TD Bank Store location where a Representative can also assist you. Please see http://bit.ly/TDStores for your closest Store and lobby hours.
Hope this is helpful, Sam and let us know if you have other questions! Have a fantastic week.
