I need to pay an amout in Philippine peso using my TD bank account which contains dollars. How much will the bank charge me for that?

Welcome to TD Helps, Van. We'd be glad to discuss.
Please know that if you're processing international transactions with your debit card, there is no additional charge for foreign currency transactions! Your transaction will process normally and the currency conversion takes place immediately!
Keep in mind that your debit card has daily limits in place for the security of your account. To learn more, please visit here: https://go.td.com/1kb17UQ (pages 46-47). If you need your limit increased, please contact us directly.
We invite you to learn more about using your debit card overseas here: https://go.td.com/2pW7Prw and here: https://go.td.com/2pTXYmV.
Since you mention making transactions in foreign currencies, it sounds as though you may be planning a trip. If this is the case, we recommend placing a travel notification on your account prior to leaving.
You are able to submit a travel notification by contacting us directly by calling 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visiting any TD Store or sending a secure message.
To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Be sure to include the exact dates and destinations of your trip.
We hope this information helps, Van. Have a good afternoon!
