We've received a couple of domestic wire transfers from another company in the last few months. Somehow, the address for our company linked to our wires shows as a prior office building. When we bring the notice to our closest branch, customer service checks our accounts and everything they can find shows our correct mailing address, so they advise that we get in touch with the company that sent the transfer. The company that sends the transfer does not give address information- they give company name and bank information. Is there a separate Wire Department that would have a different database which may need to be updated with our correct address?
