Great question, Rose and welcome to TD Helps.
In order to set up your TD Bank Online Banking account using our Self-Service link at http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, you will need your account number, your Social Security Number, email address and either a TD Bank ATM or Visa Debit Card number.
As you don't have an ATM or Debit Card number available right now, or you don't want to have one, no worries! You're more than welcome to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and a Banking Specialist can enroll your account for you over the phone upon proper account verification.
If you have a Small Business account with us and prefer to enroll in TD Bank BusinessDirect but don’t have a Debit Card number available, we'll be glad to assist you at any TD Bank Store location during normal lobby hours. Please see http://bit.ly/TDStores where we'll be able to provide you with the location nearest you.
