Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for banking with us, Diane.
As this is pertaining to your specific account, we would need to review this further with you. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. To best assist you with your Savings account, please feel free to call 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After proper account verification, they'd be more than happy to review your Savings account with you and provide the service you need. Also, you may visit any TD Bank Store, during lobby hours to be assisted in person. For a listing of TD Bank Stores please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
As you also mentioned that you don't know your account number, we'd be glad to provide some options with you so you may obtain your account number. Please be informed that for the security of your account information, we do not provide account numbers via e-mail or over the phone.
First, your account number can be found on the paper statement which is located at the right top corner of the page. If this is a new account, you will receive your paper statement within 30 days from opening the account. Another way to obtain the account number is by visiting a local TD Store.
Another way to locate your account number is via Online Banking. If you are enrolled for our Online Banking, please click on the "Accounts" tab and you should be able to view your account numbers on the next screen. If you are currently not utilizing TD Bank Online Banking but would like to be enrolled, please review the following information. Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. You can contact us directly at the same telephone number provided above to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After proper account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help you set up your Online Banking! If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Store Customer Service Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours at a nearby TD Store. While you're at the Store, they will be able to provide you with your account number in person after verifying you with your valid photo ID. They can also assist you with Online Banking enrollment and your Savings account as well.
Thanks again for choosing TD Bank; we hope you have a great day, Diane!
