According the the fee schedule it's $3 for non td ATM machines. But in international it doesn't specify. I was wondering if it was the same abroad?

Thanks for dropping by TD Helps, Gabrielle. We'll be glad to clear this up for you.
If you have a Checking account at TD Bank with a debit card, you'll be glad to learn that TD Bank does not charge you any foreign transaction fees for purchases made with this card. When using this card for a purchase in foreign currency, our Customers pay the Visa exchange rate at the time of purchase. This rate is not set by TD Bank. Additionally, as you'll be using a non-TD ATM, a $3.00 fee may be charged. You can view this and other fee information here: https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK.
While traveling, we also recommend carrying more than one method of payment, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues.
