To best assist you, we ask that you contact us directly by calling 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist, available 24/7 or visit your local TD Bank Store. Upon account verification, we will be glad to assist you to file a dispute against the duplicate transaction on your account. To locate a TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you are more than welcome to send us a secure message by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq for additional assistance. Once you are logged you’re your account, on the left hand side of the page, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Once the message is sent, you should expect a response within 24 hours.
You may also want to contact the business as they may be able to credit the duplicate transaction back to your account as well.
