Hello. I am trying to download bank data from January 1, 2017 to August 31, 2017 to my Quickbooks. I select the QBO format, but the download to my computer is in PDF. I am unable to upload to Quickbooks. Can you help me? I hope so, because I was just on hold for 45 on the telephone helpline. Thanks.

Hi William. Thank you for reaching out to us.
TD Bank is compatible with the newest versions of both QuickBooks and Quicken and we'd be glad to help troubleshoot this with you.
From what you've described, it sounds like you may be logged into the TD Bank website and attempting to download all of your activity. This would explain why it is being downloaded as a PDF.
In order to properly download your transactions to QuickBooks, you'll want to ensure that you're logging into your TD Bank Online Banking through the QuickBooks application. From QuickBooks, you should be able to download the months that you require.
If you continue to have difficulty downloading your transactions, please give our Tech Support Team a call at 800-493-7562. We have Specialists available 24/7 that would be happy to further troubleshoot this with you.
We hope you're having a great day, William! Take care.
